All orders are delivered within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In the case of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Once we receive the return item, it will be inspected and the return will be approved or denied within 2 business days.
Once your return is approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund on your account.
